Hi I’m Jack Singh Brar. I’m and England international golfer. I have represented England in 3 home International and 2 European championships. I first met Helen at a Dorset county training where I had an assessment to identify the areas that were weak and needed improvement. I was also struggling with long term back pains and we were desperate to identify the cause. I have now been working with Helen for nearly 2 years and have witnessed some dramatic changes with my speed, strength and stability. Over winter training this year I have gained 5 mph in club head speed which allows me to compete at a much higher level. Due to strengthening key areas, my back pain has been considerably reduced and I can practice without constant pain and the fear of further injury. I have seen so many personal trainers in the past, through county and England golf and I would recommend Helen out of all of them. She has a true understanding of how to train a golfer to reach their full potential.
